SWAN and the “Soma Teisės” association are collecting signatures from organizations and individuals in response to the proposed amendment to Article 487 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Lithuania, which would significantly increase fines for the purchase of sexual services, while providers of sexual services would continue to be subject to penalties.
Punishment is not protection!
